Participation Fee Consent

A participation fee must be paid by each student-athlete on the team. This fee is equal for each student-athlete on a particular athletic team. (It is not guaranteed that every sport listed will field a team.)

Each student-athlete must pay the participation fee via FACTS** by the first game date or he/she will not be permitted to play until it is paid in full.

Homeschool Athletes

In high school sports, where homeschoolers are allowed to participate, they must pay the participation fee in full via cash, check or venmo to the school by the first game date or he/she will not be permitted to play until it is paid in full.

^{** Billing for student-athletes will be done via your FACTS account. All payments for TRS Athletics should be made there. Please do not send checks or cash or attempt to pay via credit card in the school office.}

Please check "Yes" if your athlete is a homeschooler, or check "No" if your student is enrolled at The Rock School as a student.

If a student-athlete plays two sports and has not paid the necessary fees for the first sport, that student-athlete will not be permitted to participate in the second sport until the fee is paid in full. If a student-athlete is dismissed from or quits a team after the participation fee has been billed and/or paid, a refund will not be issued, and any remaining amount owed will stay on the student-athlete’s account until paid in full.
